 Baked Lasagna $16 pp
Traditional Italian style lasagna with seasoned beef, sausage or vegetables, layered pasta, tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.


 Baked Rigatoni $16 pp
Roasted peppers, eggplant, sausage, ricotta and rigatoni tossed in a fresh basil and tomato sauce baked with a crispy Parmesan crust.


 Beef Cannelloni $16 pp
Pasta sheets rolled and stuffed with seasoned beef and cheese then baked in our roasted garlic cream sauce.

 Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells $16 pp
Pasta shells filled with spinach, herbed ricotta and Parmesan baked in a light marinara sauce

  Pasta Bar $14 pp
Includes choice of 1 pasta and 1 sauce. Pasta: fettuccini, penne, ravioli or tortellini. Sauce: alfredo, basil cream, pesto or marinara. Add $1 pp for each additional pasta or sauce selection and $2 pp for chicken or meatballs.

Large baked potatoes with chicken or beef, chili, bacon, cheese, butter, broccoli, chives, sour cream and sliced olive toppings. Add $1pp for chicken and beef.

Quartered chicken grilled with a rich barbeque sauce- suggested compliment: three cheese macaroni.

 Chardonnay $15 pp
Sauteed chicken breast in a chardonnay cream reduction with glazed mushrooms- suggested compliment: vegetable confetti rice.

 Citrus Braised Lemon $15 pp
Grilled breast of chicken simmered with lemons, onions, garlic and garnished with zesty orange slices- suggested compliment: vegetable white rice.

 Enchiladas $16 pp
Corn tortillas stuffed with chicken, beef or cheese, cilantro and Ortega peppers baked in our homemade enchilada sauce served with rice and beans. Add $1 pp for chicken and beef.

 Fajitas $16 pp
Chicken or beef grilled with onions, red and green peppers marinated in a blend of citrus, olive oil, herbs and spices served with fresh mex salsa, grated jack and cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, warm flour tortillas, rice and beans. Add $1 pp for chicken and beef.

Chicken breast grilled with citrus and rosemary served with mango salsa- suggested compliment: basmati saffron rice.

 Kabobs $16 pp
Marinated tender chicken or beef and vegetables artfully skewered and grilled- suggested compliment: dill rice. Add $1 pp for chicken and beef.

Sautéed chicken breast simmered with a rich sauce of mushrooms and marsala wine suggested compliment: garlic fettuccini.

 Monterey Stuffed $15 pp
Free range chicken breasts stuffed with baby spinach, baby artichokes, sauteed onions, Swiss cheese and topped with a light champagne sauce- suggested compliment: vegetable confetti rice.

Tender chicken breast simmered in white wine, lemon juice and capers- suggested compliment: rice pilaf
