 Mediterranean Bruschetta Bar
This artistic food presentation will create a hors d'oeuvre experience your guests will absolutely love! A cascading display of gourmet foods with a variety of fresh garden herbs, roasted garlic bulbs, specialty cheeses and tapenades. Cheeses include Point Reyes blue cheese with a fig spread, St. Andres brie with an orange apricot spread, Black Diamond Irish cheddar and assorted domestic cheeses. Chef's selection will include a selection of the following: tomato-basil bruschetta, olive tapenade, pesto aioli, Moroccan dip, specialty olives, roasted and grilled vegetables and candied pecans or walnuts. Served with a variety of homemade pita points, herbed crostinis and gourmet crackers.
